Ann is a Sales Operations Consultant at Pivotal Advisors. She is an intuitive partner who anticipates clients’ needs and keeps projects running smoothly. Her areas of strength include but aren’t limited to sales operations, facilitation, sales processes optimization, systems, and tools development, and project management to help sales leaders continue to grow and develop their teams.
Ann has over two decades of experience working with sales organizations from various industries. She supports the Pivotal consultants and clients, providing expertise in sales planning, CRM, compensation, incentives, territory alignment, forecasting, process improvement projects, project management, and sales analytics.
Ann’s experience in sales, sales operations, and management roles coupled with her Master’s degree in Organization Development provide a solid foundation for various client projects.
Previously, Ann has held several roles in sales, such as sales operations, business development, management, sales operations consulting, and learning and development. She has also owned her own small business and understands the demands and obstacles that come with that. In addition, Ann has worked in a variety of different industries, including technology, construction, manufacturing, and home service.
