Connie Woessner


Connie is a Sr. Advisor with over 25 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, and change management.  The scope of Connie’s broad leadership background includes building sales teams from the ground up, managing for growth, and providing guidance that leads to the culmination of high-performing teams.  She is masterful at uncovering needs, building effective organizations, sales execution, and coaching and motivating sales teams to reach their full potential.  

Connie is inspired by walking alongside companies that support their sales leaders and teams as they embark on facilitating change and growth.  Accomplishing change and growth requires structure, transparency, and courage.  When executed well, bonded teams who rise to challenging goals using repeatable processes and sharing best practices win together.   Having decades of leadership experience, Connie believes great leaders are passionate, assertive, and humble individuals who challenge, support, and grow their teams not only as professionals but as individuals; creating vibrant cultures that are invested and produce results.

Previous Experience

Connie has worked for smaller family-owned businesses to true giants in their industry.  She spent a large part of her career working for Andersen Corporation playing pivotal roles in the growth of the Renewal by Andersen brand in the Twin Cities and most recently, as a Business Development Manager within Andersen’s burgeoning Home Improvement segment.  In this role, Connie was a founding team member who played a key role in developing a nationwide program while simultaneously building and leading multiple teams, thus advancing a fledgling program into an industry-wide nationally recognized Certified Contractor program.  

Having worked in both the B2B and B2C sales models, Connie has a unique insight that affixes her sales lens to consider the end user and their perception of differentiation within industries.

Her “walk-alongside” approach has resulted in healthy culture development, increased revenue, and unparalleled retention for her partner companies.
