Corky is a Sales Operations Advisor at Pivotal Advisors. Corky brings a unique blend of skills to the Pivotal team to support sales leaders in building healthy sales organizations. Combining her experiences in sales operations, consulting, facilitating, instructional design, and coaching, she has impacted hundreds of clients since the beginning of Pivotal Advisors.
Corky was a crucial energetic player in helping Mike and Gary Braun brand Pivotal's Sales Performance Factors. That energy has since shifted to assisting clients in customizing and implementing systems, processes, and tools to drive sales initiatives. Corky uses her creative skills to develop training materials and sales tools. She makes sure all assets are practical, functional, and professional and used by sales organizations.
As the Administrator for Pivotal's Peak Alliance since 2011, she has been instrumental in creating learning courses, coordinating events, and supporting the community of the best sales leaders on the planet.
The companies she has worked with fall into several organizational levels in various industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, financial services, technology, real estate, professional services, and many more.
Before joining Pivotal Advisors, Corky spent eight years as a national human capital professional services firm development consultant. In that capacity, she had the opportunity to consult with various clients, including for a significant strategic sales change for a Fortune 500 financial services firm.
She also created customized training for an industry leader in professional work apparel products and services. Before that, Corky spent a dozen years providing project coordination and support for a global leader in cleaning, sanitizing, and food safety, a municipality, and a family-owned greyhound racetrack.
Corky and her husband John love living in the boondocks and spending time with their family shrub, especially their six kids, three grandkids, and eight alpacas. They enjoy watching all Minnesota sports and traveling around the country to watch their son's lacrosse tournaments.
