This includes financial services, printing, banking, advertising, SaaS, and E-commerce. Dale's career has involved implementing and leading change as part of an organization and serving as a consultant to help coach companies through the process. Dale has more than two decades of sales and sales leadership. That, combined with several senior operational roles, gives Dale the experience and background to help a company grow through pivotal moments. Dale has managed both local and virtual teams, understanding that communication, clear expectations, and accountability are key in either situation.
He was coaching small independent practices which were part of a Fortune 500 company. Dale helped them clarify their vision for the practice, identify ideal clients, hire staff, and build the processes necessary to allow the owners to grow their business and focus their efforts on their key activities.
He has successfully developed new channels in both the print and financial services industries, which led to expanding sales through existing customers by up to 20%, outperforming annual goals in years 1 & 2, and therefore opening new lead sources for existing sales channels.
Working with small family businesses up through Fortune 500 companies, Dale has learned that focusing on the fundamentals and the people leads to success regardless of size. These fundamentals include but aren't limited to developing a cadence for your work and meetings, focusing on the correct numbers and activities, meeting people where they are, and understanding what is important to them.
As a life-long learner, Dales has been fortunate to have the opportunity to hone many skills in partnership with some great organizations such as Franklin Covey and EOS Worldwide. He also tries to pay forward the gift of knowledge that he has received from previous leaders and mentors.
Dale loves spending time at the cabin he and his wife built, relaxing or hosting friends and family. He is incredibly proud of his adult son and daughter, who are amazing people. He also enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, pickleball, or anything else that gets him outdoors.
