Elizabeth is an Owner/Partner at Pivotal Advisors. Elizabeth partners with and supports sales leaders to implement and execute the proven processes and systems that will have the most significant positive impact on their business.

She specializes in strategic planning facilitation, customizing hiring and onboarding processes, and creating compensation philosophies and structures. She has worked with companies including Fortune 500, mid-size, start-ups, and small businesses. These companies span various industries, including manufacturing, value-added resellers, retail, wholesale, and professional services.

Previous Experience

Elizabeth has over 18 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and procurement. She has built, led, and coached teams, including direct and channel sales organizations. Elizabeth has a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the business environment and strong business acumen. Her broad knowledge comes from her experience at all stages of the product and sales cycle, from design and development to manufacturing and distribution, to retail and the end-user. By seeing the big picture, she can create the strategies necessary to take businesses to the next level.

Her approach to growing business profitability is customer-centric. She has created, implemented, and executed diverse selling strategies and trained others on these processes. In addition, Elizabeth has developed and launched new product categories and offerings. She has capitalized on these new growth opportunities by identifying the customer's needs and staying true to the company's value proposition.

Through many fluctuating changes in the market, Elizabeth was adaptable and able to help her teams remain successful. She kept her teams focused, positive, and united during these disruptive transitions while continuing to deliver reliable results.
