Jamie is a Senior Consultant at Pivotal Advisors. He partners with sales leaders or acts as a Fractional sales leader to bring best practices into the organization to drive growth for the company. He does this through assessing where they are at today, developing recommendations, and driving change through current sales leadership.

He’s built a career on his ability to create and motivate high-performing teams through his collaborative leadership style. Jamie brings a refined business intuition—backed by data and analytics—and a mentor mentality to every conversation that inspires others to think strategically. He builds relationships through his ability to ask the right questions, share the vision, and activate the strategy to deliver. Jamie specializes in strategic objectives and uncovering ways an organization can fuel growth. He has worked with companies ranging from small to mid-sized in many different industries from B2B companies to contract manufacturing, distribution, and professional services. By working with both direct reps and channels, he is able to lead teams of two to 350 through direct reports.
Jamie began his career in Information Technology and spent over a decade leading teams and developing strategies that maximized technology’s impact on business success. Jamie’s experience gives him unique insight into business challenges and an incredible talent for breaking down complex obstacles to illuminate a roadmap for success.
Before joining Pivotal Advisors, Jamie led a variety of teams with responsibilities spanning the areas of sales and marketing, customer retention, business development, mergers and acquisitions, customer service, purchasing, production planning, and logistics.
With over 18 years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, Jamie has insight into the big picture for the company and the challenges they face.

Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and friends going to their cabin in the summer, catching a few Vikings games, and attending a few concerts each year. Jamie and his family also enjoy taking a trip each year out of the country, preferably somewhere warm when the winter vortex is in town.
