He’s been a sales coach helping salespeople and sales leaders attain serious wins, shorter sales cycles, more accurate forecasting, less discounting, larger deals, greater confidence, more credibility, and stronger differentiation.
Jeff founded and led a Worldwide Sales Training and Sales Consulting firm. His services evolved to include outsourced contracts for high-tech start-up companies.
He has provided investment capital and built and managed sales and channel management organizations at several software start-up organizations.
Jeff has been a VP of Sales Development for Axon. The primary responsibility of that true customer-centric organization was to enhance sales and upscale talent. That includes many metrics and is delivered beginning at the individual level.
Jeff was also the Chief Development Officer at the American Red Cross. He provided fundraising leadership and support for the delivery of Red Cross humanitarian services. He also led a highly principled revenue-oriented culture based on market-driven targets.
