About Jeff

Jeff is a Sr. Advisor at Pivotal Advisors. He leverages years of experience as a sales leader and seller. Leading high-performance sales teams has been a hallmark of his career for over 30 years. Jeff is passionate about helping sales professionals achieve their goals and helping their companies flourish.

He focuses on teaching sales leaders to lead their sales teams through proven processes delivered consistently with world-class tools to drive repeatable and measurable success.

Jeff has enjoyed working with and for mid- to large-sized companies across various industries, including financial services, technology, hospitality, manufacturing, and many others.

Previous Experience

Jeff has led sales teams across a wide variety of businesses and selling situations. He has served as a Vice President of Sales for many companies in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. He has led teams of six to more than 100 throughout his career.

He has experience with everything from smaller, more transactional sales to large, complex sales with multiple decision-makers and influencers. His strong background in consulting has driven many successful rollouts that have exceeded clients' expectations.

Jeff has vast experience, from owning his own Sales Consulting business to leading sales teams in financial services and technology. Jeff believes that his mission in life is to help others by coming alongside them and working shoulder to shoulder. One of his favorite books is “From Strength to Strength”.  He enjoys leveraging his experiences and relationships to find new ways to give back to his community.  His life motto is: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” – Maya Angelou.

Interests

Jeff and his wife, Tracey, have two sons and six grandchildren. You can find them cheering all of them on in a wide variety of sports and activities in their free time.  In addition, Jeff and Tracey love to ski, waterski, bike and hike.  They love to travel to new places and learn about the area by getting close to nature.
