A sales executive with a general management mindset who thrives on executing strategies to grow sales while increasing profits. Results are achieved through outstanding customer partnerships, aggressive cost containment, and the continuous development of high-performing teams. His diverse background includes B2B and B2C leadership roles in manufacturing and consumer packaged goods both domestically and globally. John is known for building long-term relationships through active listening to customers and providing unparalleled follow-through. He creates sales growth by developing new customers, product line extensions, and market opportunities.

As a leader, John is known for his ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential. Previous Experience

John has worked extensively in both B2B and B2C industries. From publicly traded companies like Pepsi-Cola, to sales training companies like Sandler, and everything in between. John has been fortunate to work in very different settings and situations.

John started as a key account manager for Pepsi-Cola and worked his way up to district manager, sales manager, region manager, and general manager. He later went on to hold senior-level roles with both private and public companies. John has been an individual contributor and has managed teams of over 100 people. John is happiest when he is helping businesses and employees achieve their goals.

Interests

John spends his free time renovating his hobby farm. John likes to ride his motorcycle whenever there is a nice day. John also has a love for music and has been playing the drums for many years. Mostly, John enjoys spending time with his wife Kelley, their two boys, Brayden and Zachary, and their dog Merle!
