As an award-winning individual contributor and enterprise leader, Jordan has engaged with C-Suite leaders at hundreds of businesses with revenues from $20MM to over $500MM in a collaborative, consultative manner to address sales, operational, financial, and technical topics.
He developed his acumen, relationship skills, and leadership for over two decades in business development. With acute focus and good humor, Jordan excels at coaching senior leaders and executives to build sales cultures that produce repeatable and consistent results.
Jordan’s work for sales effectiveness includes directing an enterprise-level program that doubled employee engagement and subsequent sales results. In addition, he built KPI reporting to promote proactive coaching-based management, using applied analytics to drive insight-selling behaviors, and implemented conversational techniques for immediate needs through one-on-one engagement.
As an individual contributor and leader, he has worked in several roles, including customer service, inside sales, prospect management, client executive, business development manager, and national director of business development.
Jordan enjoys tennis, golf, and Scandinavian yard games that involve throwing wooden dowels at targets (Kubb and Molkky).
He is a dedicated husband and parent to his family of five, which includes a wife and three boys with wide-ranging interests. Jordan also enjoys gardening, grilling, and relaxing at the cabin while cleaning out the shed and occasionally riding the Air-Chair behind the boat (you gotta ask!).
