About Kyle
Kyle is a Business Development Representative with Pivotal Advisors. In his role, he works with business owners and sales leaders to identify organizations that are experiencing stalled growth and want to build a healthy sales organization. Throughout Kyle’s career, he has been looked upon to lead teams, and he prides himself on helping both individuals and groups grow their skillsets and improve their sales processes.
While at Pivotal, Kyle has worked with companies in a variety of industries including; manufacturing, distribution, technology, and professional services. He has worked with dozens of EOS/Traction companies to help them execute their growth strategy and sales rocks.
Previous Experience
Kyle’s sales career started selling medical devices to Hospital Operating Rooms and Gastroenterology Departments. In this role, he learned the importance of differentiation and truly connecting to your customers to help them solve their challenges.
In 2014, Kyle joined a Top 20 Sales Training company as a sales executive and trainer. In this role, he worked with sales leaders to identify critical challenges and opportunities that were hindering growth. Kyle worked with leaders to define their sales process and work with their sales team to develop essential selling skills. Then in 2016, Kyle joined the company’s leadership team as Sales Director, where he was charged with identifying, hiring, and onboarding new sales executives and trainers. In that role, he worked daily with his team to implement their sales process, coach, and drive the right behaviors that led each individual to succeed at the organization. Kyle helped lead company growth of 33% YOY.

Interests
Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and one-year-old son. He also enjoys spending time at the cabin, hockey, golf, and bandy (ask him about it).
