About Lori
Lori is a Consultant at Pivotal Advisors. She is an insightful leader who creates order from chaos with a unique blend of skills. Her areas of strength include but aren’t limited to sales operations, sales enablement and productivity, sales processes optimization, systems, and tools development, and project management, to support sales leaders in building healthy sales organizations.
Lori has over two decades of experience working with sales organizations from various industries. She supports the Pivotal consultants and clients, providing expertise in sales planning, CRM, compensation, incentives, territory alignment, forecasting, process improvement projects, project management, and sales analytics.
Lori’s understanding of sales organizations, sales processes, tools, and event management affords her the ability to review requirements and recommend solutions.
Previous Experience
Previously, Lori worked as a Business Operations Manager and Program Manager, providing support and assistance to all aspects of sales organizations and was the liaison between sales and other departments within the companies in a variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and healthcare.
