As a former ISO management representative for a large Minnesota-based telecom company, Paul learned to appreciate processes and standards. He then turned that appreciation into successfully developing consistent sales procedures and practices, achieving overall company goals and alignment.
Paul strives to guide, encourage, and listen to all the different leaders at an organization and help them achieve their goals and become the best they can be.
Paul began his career at 3M and was blessed to build a solid foundation for sales learning from one of the highest-regarded corporations in the world. This experience has helped him quickly ramp up and adapt to multiple markets and industries.
His career has crossed over into multiple industries, direct and indirect business channels, direct and manufacture representative sales teams, and domestic and international responsibilities. This cross-pollination of knowledge has helped him develop a unique sales and coaching style focused on understanding and building successful client relationships that endure changing market environments and competition.
Married for 34 years and father of 2 boys, Paul enjoys all things family. The Kaufer's spent their free time outdoors at the lake and taking in all the activities that come with it. Paul is now blessed with two granddaughters and does all he can to arrange a time to help babysit.
