Real Talk: Sales Leadership - Addressing Cancels
This current video is about customer cancellations. Right now, your customers might be reactive and in 'panic mode.' They are likely reviewing all of their spendings and looking to cancel orders or services they deem unnecessary. It's your job as the sales leader to arm your sales team with the skills and tools to handle all of your customers’ doubts. Start with good discovery. Ask your customers what's going on in their business, what they are hearing, and what they need help with. Then you can discuss possible solutions and how your company adds value, while reminding them of the benefits of working together. You may have a solution they hadn’t thought about. The goal is to help your customers realize they have other options than to cancel your commitment.
