Real Talk: Sales Leadership - Customer Messaging

We have created a new video series to address the questions we have been hearing and share practical tips on things you can do to help during this challenging time. This current video is about customer messaging. The key things to keep in mind are; listen to your customers, be proactive, and have a plan going into the call. Focus on discovery and find out what your customers need now. Be creative and find out how you can help, whether it’s advice, inventory, a new service, or maybe you know another person or company who can assist them. Reach out and let them know you are there for them.
