Real Talk: Sales Leadership Gaining Alignment
When things are out of the norm, it's best if you try and gain some control and align both the owners as well as your sales team. Owners are zeroed-in on cash flow and retention right now, so the sales leader needs to capture and compile all their findings upwards frequently. That may be weekly or even daily. The sales leader also must communicate with their sales team and keep them focused by setting weekly goals and giving clear, concise directions. Most importantly, any adjustments among all parties must be communicated.
