Real Talk: Sales Leadership - Re-engaging Customers Face to Face

More and more companies are going back to work, that means face-to-face conversations are going to start up again. In order to keep your team safe, you'll want to arm your team not only with the appropriate PPE level but also with a plan. Please make sure they are aware of not only your company's safety policy but also their customers' policies. To keep these meetings effective, make sure your salespeople have an agenda, are purposeful, have done their research, and are prepared for any questions that might arise. Lastly, make sure your team has clear direction coming from you, and their meetings align with your current goals.
